How To Order in Wangguan Factory ?
Selecting products from our website .
1. Choose Hardware Type
a) single parts (only buy finials/end caps , brackets , rods/tracks , or rings)
b) complete rod/track sets (includings finials/end caps , brackets , rods/tracks & rings/sliders )
2. Choose Material
a) stainless steel
b) aluminum
c) iron
d) or others
3. Choose Diameter (from 16mm to 38mm)
4. Choose Length of Rod/Track (from 1m to 6m based on different surface finishing)
5. Choose Surface Finishing
a) for stainless steel , no painted or painted
b) for aluminum , oxidized, painted or plated
c) for iron , plated or painted
6. Choose Colour
available for various colour (just like s.s effect , gold , silver , antique , black , white etc)
7. Choose Package
pvc , pet , shrink foiled , blister , or in Bulk .
just according to your requirements .
8. Lable & Marks , based on your demands
If no interested products on the website , how to deal ?

2. pls send us your product drawings ,
3. send us the photos , then inform me the every detailed information about the products
Are Samples Order Available ?
Of course, we stand behind our product quality.
We will be glad to accept any sample order for product quality verification purpose.
What about payment terms ?
We want our customers to feel secure when doing business with us &We can promise you.
Our current methods of accepting payment are T/T, Western Union .
When placing orders , there will be 50% deposit prior to mass production for preparing the materials , the remaining 50% would be due upon the completion .
How about Delivery Time ?
You are responsible for all the shipping charge and duties.
For samples orders, if we are available for your required ones at the present, we can deliver it to you immediately after get your full payment.
For the orders , it will be about 30-55 days depending your order quantity .
And taking your profit into consideration, and we will advice to you for making the decision on taking the shipping term.
How is Shipping Policy ?
We do not take advantage of our customers when it comes to shipping charge.
